Jessica's dinner parties are well-known in Dallas because of the amazing experience she creates for her guests. She designs a fabulous table setting, plans a divine menu, concocts the most creative drinks, and  makes her guests feel special.  So, we at BuDhaGirl, thought we needed to have a series here on the blog to share with you these famous dinners and to offer a glimpse into what it's like to be a part of Jessica's world.

To set the backdrop for the special dinner Jessica uses two different tablecloths for a rich and layered look. She always pays special attention to the flowers and arranges them beautifully.  Next, comes the choice of plates. For this occasion Jessica chose beautiful and simple white chargers with fun flowery plates topped with a square glass dish for the appetizer.  Then comes the crisp white linen napkins with festive napkin rings.  The colorful glasses create instant cheer when coupled with the flowers. Here Jessica has created the perfect table to delight and pamper her guests.

Her creativity easily flows from the pretty table to the menu.  She started the dinner with a vichyssoise amuse-bouche followed by a tomato tartar, which her guests would discover was served upside down beneath all along.  It's all about the element of surprise at her household.  The main dish was black cod in miso cooked in a papillote with a medley of vegetables and for dessert ricotta Napoleon bows with caramelized pineapple.  Haute cuisine indeed.

Your mouth is watering right? Yes, this was a feast for the senses.
