Being It, 100%
To accomplish 100% in anything is a feat. To be present 100% is a divine feat.
When I go over my day I realize that what has inevitably gotten me in a pickle is my lack of awareness in a particular situation. My deliberate ignorance of not listening to others or being too quick to offer my point of view, more often than not leave me troubled. So what’s the solution?
The solution is to ace the exam, to get the “A” or the 100%. The exam in this case is life.
As far as we know we have this one chance to get it right. I clearly understand that circumstances during the course of our life, at times, can be less than ideal. But being a victim is not a good idea; being a victim gives power to the victimizer.
So be 100% the real you, no apologies. Love yourself à la Billy Joel…just the way you are.
