I wish I wasn’t writing this blog.

It pertains to the tragedy in Paris last Friday.

I was in Mexico City attending the Global Wellness Summit where BuDhaGirl happened to be one of the lead sponsors.

Delegates attend the Global Wellness Summit, from 43 countries; mostly in fields relating to the spa, wellness, travel and hospitality industries. I was so very impressed…everyone was dynamic, alive, brilliant and each in his or her manner; is trying to build a well world. I was also thrilled because they welcomed BuDhaGirl into their tribe. For that I am very, very grateful. It is indeed an honor.

BuDhaGirl gave all the delegates gold All Weather Bangles as a gift on the evening we co-sponsored at Centro University. An educational institution dedicated to arts and communication. It is the only fully platinum university (highest standard of sustainability) in the world.

The day after our Centro event there was a mass of incredible women all wearing All Weather Bangles. And that evening when Gina Diez-Barroso hosted a-once-in-a-lifetime dinner at the Bellas Artes Palace preceeded by a performance of the Ballet Folklorico de Mexico, the women in divine cocktail attire had their bangles on too!

Yet, on the last day of the conference I brought extra bangles along for some who might have not received theirs. Then a dear delegate from France approached us. She had not attended Friday night’s event at Centro due to the tragedy in Paris. Dr. Rosa Rivas, a member of our BuDhaGirl Scientific Advisory Board, was with us and spoke gently to this lovely woman in deep emotional distress. Dr. Rivas without thinking took the Holy Spirit Reminder that she was wearing inside her Core Pendant, held the dear lady’s hands in prayer and wished her peace of mind and solace in her heart.

We all cried together.

Sharebility in joy and in tragedy…
