BDG Team on Gratitude

Jessica: I'm thankful for health. This past year, I have had to engage with healing others and I can understand that without our health, there is not much we can do. I express gratitude daily by doing and giving.

Caryn: I am thankful for having an amazing husband who supports my dreams and pushes me to always take the chance. I am also thankful for my son, he keeps me on my toes everyday!

Irma: I'm thankful for my health, my family and for being part of BuDhaGirl. I show gratitude by showing love to the people around me.

Twyla: I'm grateful for my friends, my family and my pets. This Thanksgiving will be a little different - my grandfather (our turkey-carver-in-chief) died in the spring, and this will be our first holiday without him. While it will certainly feel as though part of our family is missing, it will encourage us all to be present and appreciate every moment we have all together.

Cathy: I'm thankful that it's not Christmas because I find the commercialization of the holiday stressful. Thanksgiving is about family, food and sharing our stories. There is no expectation, just a relaxed atmosphere where we can enjoy one another's company.

Bianca: Iā€™m thankful for family, health and the opportunity to work at BuDhaGirl. I express gratitude by telling the people in my life how much they mean to me. As well as always being a person they can count on when they need a favor or just someone to talk to.
